For me, directing is about collaborating with a group of passionate like minded people, uncovering a story worth sharing. I’m drawn to stories of raw human truth that leave an impact, or ones that draw out a huge belly laugh from deep inside.

“Where the Black Rays Shine” - NRMA
When I first heard Robert Turnbull share his poem, I got instant goosebumps. Turning his words and the amazing work of The NRMA into this little film was a career highlight with the team at 3rdspace.
“Sora by NEC”
To help launch nec's new cloud offering sora, I worked with 3rdspace as creative director and film director on this project. Sora is Japanese for sky, so with the help of a Taiko drummer we connected the constellations with the brand logo.
“Isolated” a comedy short
This started as a comedy, but then as the epidemic drew out, seemed to become less humorous. I like that outside influences reshaped this into something different. In the middle of the covid lockdown, isolation kicked in and this idea came to me.
